Community Development Functions
• Assists with development applications
• Provides information regarding potential development
• Reviews and makes recommendations on proposed development
• Administers the Village's Revolving Loan Fund Program
• Assists with locating potential business in existing real estate
• Provides demographics, community profiles, etc.
• Updates and maintains long range plans
• Updates and maintains Montgomery’s GIS
• Guides applicants through the approval process for zoning amendments, special uses, variations, annexation and any type of new development
• Provides general zoning information to residents, business and property owners and developers
• Works to implement Montgomery's Vision Statement
• Prepares text amendments to local codes
