Board
of Local Improvements
The
Board of Local Improvements (BOLI) consists of the Village President
and 4 additional individuals appointed by the President and
confirmed by the Board of Trustees.

Members:
Peter Wallers, Village Engineer
Jeff Zoephel, Director of Finance
Roger Burrell, Trustee
William Keck, Trustee
All
meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held on an as-needed
basis. Meeting agendas and Public Notices of any additional
BOLI meetings will be posted at the Village Hall at least 48
hours before the meeting.
Board
of Local Improvement Duties
The
Board of Local Improvements provides guidance and direction
to the Board of Trustees regarding local improvements, such
as construction of streets, storm drain sewers, water main,
or sanitary sewer improvements.
