Carnival Permit

A permit is required to give, conduct, or present a carnival in the Village. Each applicaton shall be submitted to the Clerk's Office with a $500.00 fee and the submittal of a certificate of insurance naming the Village as additional insured in an amount of not less than $2,000,000 covering public liabilty and $100,000 covering property damage.
