Montgomery's Village Clerk is Barbara Argo. She was appointed
as Village Clerk on March 13, 2006, to fill a vacancy. She
had previously served as Village Clerk from 1998 to 2003.
As
the Village Clerk is a part-time position, many of the day-to-day
duties
of the Clerk are handled by the Deputy Clerk, Helen Prester.
The Deputy Clerk is available at the Village Hall from 8:00
a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. She can be reached at (630) 896-8080 ext. 1559 or via email at prester@ci.montgomery.il.us.
