POLICE OFFICER
Village of Montgomery, IL
The Village of Montgomery will be taking applications for the position of
POLICE OFFICER.
Beginning January 28, 2010 applications may picked up at the Montgomery Police Department (10 Civic Center) or at the Village Hall (200 N. River Street) in Montgomery, IL. Completed application must be returned to one of the above locations by 4:30 P.M. on Tuesday February 16, 2010.
Applications requirements are as follows:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be between the ages of 21 and 34 to apply (unless exempt).
- Must be a High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must not have been convicted of a felony or certain misdemeanors as defined by State Statute.
Salary range for this position is $50,472 - $70,671. Up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus depending on experience.
