The Finance Department is responsible for billing, accounting,
budgeting, and all other financial operations of the Village.
The department is headed by the Director of Finance and employs
a fiscal assistant, a collector, a management analyst
and two water billing clerks. The Finance Department is divided
into two divisions: Water Billing
and Accounting.
The Fiscal Year 2008 Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) is now available for viewing online. The PAFR is designed to present Montgomery's financial information in a clear and easy-to-read format. Topics such as “Where the Money Comes From” and “Where the Money Goes” explain the Village taxing structure and how tax dollars are spent to improve the community. Major events of the past year are also highlighted.
