of the Intergovernmental & Community Committee are:
Co-Chairs: Trustee Pete Heinz and Trustee Denny Lee
Committee Members: Trustee Jeanne Felten, Trustee Rob Watermann and Village President Marilyn Michelini
Committee Advisor & Liaison: Acting Chief of Police Dan Meyers
Committee Advisor: Deputy Village Clerk Helen Prester
All
meetings are open to the public. Meetings are generally held
at 8:00 a.m. on the third Tuesday of even-numbered months at

Intergovernmental
and Community Committee Duties
The
Intergovernmental and Community Committee considers and makes
recommendations to the Village Board regarding:
1.
Community Liaison. The Committee has the responsibility for
coordinating a solid, positive working relationship with community
organizations and resident groups.
2.
Montgomery Fest. The Committee coordinates all aspects of Montgomery
Fest.
3.
Other Matters. The Committee considers other matters that are
specifically referred to it by the Corporate Authorities.
