Background

On June 20, 2006 the Village Board voted to approve the schematic design and budget for the new Village Hall. Below are the front and rear elevations of the building as approved by the Board. Although a tower is shown, this feature has been eliminated due to budget constraints.  Otherwise, the exterior of the building will appear as shown below.

The Design Development phase was completed in late 2006 and bid packages for construction work went out in January 2007.  Contracts have been awarded for most of the construction items.  Site work was completed in May 2007 and concrete work on the foundation began in June.  The anticipated completion date for the new Village Hall is August 2008.
