Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request
To request public information, please submit a written request stating the specific record or information you are seeking. For your convenience, a Request for Public Records form is available at the Village Hall or online. Forms mail be mailed to 200 N. River Street, Montgomery, IL 60538 or faxed to (630) 896-0791. Requests may also be submitted via email to prester@ci.montgomery.il.us.
Requests should be submitted to the Village Hall and then the request will be forwarded for response to the Village Department responsible for the information being requested. There is no charge for copying less than 50 pages of documents, in either letter or legal size. Copying charges are 15 cents per page thereafter. Additional charges may be imposed for large format or certain electronic media copies, or color copies, if available.
