Board of Appeals
Members
of the Zoning Board of Appeals appointed by the Village President
with the consent of the Board of Trustees. Current members are:

All
meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held on an as-needed
basis in the Board Room at the Village Hall. Public Notice of any meeting will
be posted at the Village Hall at least 48 hours before the meeting.
Jurisdiction
and Authority
The
Zoning Board of Appeals is vested with the following jurisdiction
and authority:
1.
To hear and decide an appeal from an administrative order, requirement,
decision or determination made by the Zoning Officer.
2.
To hear and decide all other matters referred to it upon which
it is required to decide.
3.
To hear all applications for variations and thereafter submit
reports of findings and recommendations thereon to the Village
Board.
4.
The concurring vote of four members of the Zoning Board of Appeals
is necessary to reverse any other, requirement, decision or
determination of the Zoning Office, or to decide in favor of
the applicant in any manner upon which it is required to decide.
