On Monday, March 11th, residents, business owners and other stakeholders will have an opportunity to provide feedback and opinions on the rules that govern land uses in Montgomery. Workshop attendees will discuss policies pertaining to a wide range of zoning regulations that apply to both residential and commercial properties, such as sheds, swing sets, building setbacks, signs, landscaping, and types of businesses that are allowed based on zoning classifications. This is your opportunity to have a say in how the Village of Montgomery regulates these types of issues.
Please join us on March 11th from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Montgomery Village Hall, 200 N. River Street. All are welcome, and light refreshments will be provided.
This workshop is part of Montgomery’s effort to update and enhance its zoning and subdivision ordinances to create a more livable and business-friendly community. This effort will help align the Village’s ordinances with the recently adopted comprehensive plan, other recent planning documents, and current land uses practices.
